Where the earlier cerificate is out of time, the process must be repeated in full and a further payment will be required.

Payment for the Certificate (NZ$30, A$25 or Stg£10) is to be made at the time of applying. Note - if you pay by bank transfer you must include your name and the reference "COS" on the bank detail.
