LawTalk is published fortnightly (with the occasional three-week gap) from late January to early December by the New Zealand Law Society (NZLS). It is distributed to every practising lawyer and judge in New Zealand and is available on subscription within New Zealand and overseas.

No insert booking will be confirmed without the supply of a sample. The correct number of inserts should be delivered to the printer Astra Print, 92 Hutt Road, Kaiwharawhara, Wellington, folded and collated to A4 size or smaller. They must be clearly marked for insertion in LawTalk and carry the issue number. LawTalk accepts no responsibility for inserts which do not comply with these requirements.
