These E-dealing Guidelines are published for the use of practitioners and their staff. A full version of the guidelines and appendices (with commentary) is available to download in PDF format.

A & I forms

Appendices 1 to 3 (the Authority and Instruction forms) are available to download in MS Word:

The A & I forms can be modified according to your firm’s requirements, subject to the restrictions in Guideline K.

Updates

The guidelines are subject to change as feedback is received from users. Please send any comments to proplaw@lawyers.org.nz for the Property Law Section to consider.

We will make every effort to inform property lawyers when the guidelines are updated. PLS members on email will be sent advice by this means. For others notification will be published in LawTalk. The date on the front of the guidelines will assist you to check the currency of any printed version that you are using.
