- WCG Male Lawyer's Survey Results - September 2005
In July 2005 the WCG conducted a survey of all women practitioners on the NZLS database. The purpose of the survey was to gather quantitative information on the issues that faced women practitioners in order to prioritise the group's work programme. After the Group had considered the results of the intial survey it was agreed that the survey should also be sent to male practitioners. This would allow the WCG to gauge which issues identified in the survey results were actually gender issues specific to women and which were general issues affecting the profession at large. The amended survey was sent to all male practitioners on the NZLS database ( approximately 5700 with 1414 responses).
